8310 please help

hi
can some one please let me know i have 8310 and have fitted daul sim holder,
on my 3315 when i want to change from one sim to the other i just press *3370# and it reboots to other sim, but on 8310 it says on screen change active speech codec! is it ok to press ok and will it reboot to my other sim

When i did that on my old 6510(same as 8310) all it did was increased battery life by reducing voice quality!
