nokia 8210, ringing sound is dead

I have a nokia 8210 but the ringing sound is not working.
Can someone give me a hint?
Where can I find service manuals?

1) check if all settings are alright
2) check if buzzer is alright
3) " " buzzer contacts are alright
4) change keypad ic
these are the only possibilities
