Fbus - mbus protocol - for SMS

Hello everybody, hope somebody read this, and can give me some assistance.
I need source code, what I really need is the protocol, M-bus, or F-bus, the one that applies for sending and receiving SMS messages with a Nokia tdma cell phone. In this case a 51xx or 61xx.
I am building a custom aplication.
I think there is a protocol for this, but for GSM nokias.
Also on the net are found programs to do this. but again, for GSM.
