3300 Go To Menu problem

Everytime the menu is opened, it freezes on that screen. I can receive calls still but as soon as they finish, it goes straight back to the goto menu which is still frozen. Can anyone help ? thank you !

Try to reset factory settings. Or visit servise master.

i cant tell u what's wrong withyour phone,
but i think what you have to do is re-installing phone's software.
a new firmware version for the 3300 is now available,go to a
service center\Nokia contributer ,where you can get this "upgarde".

Thanks, it's actually my girlfriends phone and she has had it sent to nokia via o2, free of charge so I guess that'll work thanks!
