6310 flashing error

Hi, I have problem with Nokia 6310. When updateSW process started, everything seems OK - Flash erasing without errors, but when flashing MCU started Matrix says Flashing error. PPM flashing is OK. I've changed flash IC but this is same. Now I see in Flash ID field numbers: 01x00898874 - it is OK, and 02x00000001 - this will be the key, but I've no idea how to repair this. Could you help me? Dont know this box "matrix" but If U can update its software may be U will solve Ur problem..
