7250i goto shortcuts have suddenly gone loopy!

Hey, I've recently made a wap site for my personal use so I can download any java games or poly ringtones that I find on my pc. Doing this wasnt a problem and I got a few games onto my phone with no problem. However, shortly afterwards I noticed my phone suddenly sort of turned itself off and I dunno why, but I've found that its whenever I press the top-right button which takes me to the "Go to" list. This also happens when I goto "phone settings" > "personal shortcuts" > *anything in this list*

What happens is the display goes off, just like it does when the phone is off, but is recovered by pressing another button but it takes a few seconds to fully recover (display bars to appear etc).

Does anyone know what might have caused this? it seems its only linked with the "Go to" shortcut stuff and is NOT the top right button as it works fine in other menus.

Could the phone have a virus of some sort? dodgey games causing a software faliure? maybe exposure to water or something?

I've had exactly the same problem but it happens to me when i try to change the wallpapaper............Someone please help????

This is a known software bug on the 7250i, mine does the same, I think the only solution is to upgrade the firmware.

Dear sir's as to your screen going blank when you try and change your wallpaper have you tryed going to phone settings, display setting, wallpaper
and turn on wallpaper?
