cant connect to o2 active via GPRS!!

hi folks,
I'm a newbie so please be patient with me!!

Just bought myself a 7210 after my 8310 went through washing machine and now powers up but cant connect to a network

Great phone the 7210, but , i have a problem hope you can help......

I have downloaded all the gprs and mms settings from o2 for my phone, im on payg, and when i try to connect via gprs it tells me "gprs connection not avaailable"???? also, try to connect via waP, and the phone goes 2 o2 home page no probs, but try to go anywhere else sits there trying to connect for ages then says connection interrupted!!

Please help!!

yeah, you'll need to call up O2 to get GPRS "switched on" for you. A simple precedure then you'll be online.

Had the same prob give em a buzz they should sort you out it does cost 50p a min but its worth it they quite quick!
