3650 with headset problem

When connected to a headset the 3650 ringtones can be heard only through the headset. So if i dont have the headset plugged to my ear i dont hear any incoming calls. Is this a bug? Any solutions to this problem?

it works fine on my 3650.

i use my modified headset (added a volume control and another earphone so i got mono in both ears for my mp3's) it plays my mp3's only through the headset and not the phone, but when i do a ringtone it plays through both, but not at full volume, its like half and half.

what firmware you got???

The same happens with warning tones. I assume this is because you will be wearing the headset if it is plugged in, so there is no need to use the fone speaker. I'm pretty sure its not a bug.

I am using a Jabra Bluetooth Headset. I dont want to wear it all the time..when I am at my desk I would like to take it off and use it when i have calls to make. If i take it off i dont hear a ring and i miss the call. If this is a feature, any way i can turn it off?? Also my fone has V2.50 software.

if you have your phone on your desk then put it on vibrate so at least you can hear it vibrating or even feel it vibrating in your pocket. as far as i know, its supposed to play through both headset and phone at the same time.

could try upgradin your firmware.

v4.13 isnt to brilliant but it might fix it (or get them to put a v3.xx on instead)
