    cannot detect the USB (3100)

    i wanna know why my computer cannot detect the USB when i 'm installing PC Suite. I 've install the DKU-5 driver and checked all things are correct but it still cannot detect the USB during the installation.
    P.S. My phone is 3100

    I moved this trhead to the dct4 section as the 3100 is dct4,
