im new of this forum, im italian and i work in a vodafone's shop.

Here come my question..
when is incoming a call the ringtone work only in the speaker of the headset and of course it's hard to listen if i have not on the headset.
Is it possible to change this thing?

Yes, this problem occurs

I use a Nokia 6600, Nokia N-Gage and Nokia HDW-2 Headset

I don't think this problem can be "averted". Even Nokia claims that it was a mistake/error and are attempting to fix it.

Why the hell would you have the BT Headset on your ear the whole time?
