suddenly no sound with ETI!!!

Hi, I have got this 3650 and it was working fine with the ETI camcoder but suddebly there is no sound in the videos, not even with the philips camcoder, but there is sound if i use the built in videorecorder of the phone. How is this? can it be fixed?

try reinstalling the app and see what happens

Well, unfortunatelly, i have already tried this, but to noe effect. The sound lasts for only about 5,10 seconds. then it stopps. the eye file might be say 600K but the ear one just 20 k.....
