8250 problem can ne1 help?

When i turn on the 8250 it says "contact service" in a all black screen???? does ne1 know what this means and hw to rectify this problem???

Get Mbus cable and eeprom tools 4.0 software, and 3.1 eeprom tools..
connect phone to PC..power on run software..read phone data using mignifier glass button..than click on test..software will tell U a result for Ur problem..if it say COBBA parallel or serial failed its a hardware,...if it say eeprom check sums failed U need to flash Ur phone.
