3330 Secutity code

Hi guys
Probably I should send this to the 33xx list but since I havent see this issue again I thought I shuld ask advise from everybody:

Point: to upgrade a 3330 from v4.16 to v4.50
I flash completely the 3330 meaning: I have a full backup (4MB) from another 3330 that I flash to the phone in question then recalculate FAID, reset/open SP locks and of course restoring the original IMEI of the phone. I use latest rollis tool.
However: After all these if one goes to the menu and change the security code of the phone say from 12345 to (again) 12345 the phone after 2-3 secs resets itself and a message "SIM card is not accepted" is displayed. Removing the battery and the sim card and put them back results in that phone starts again normally but ditto when one changes the security code same thing happens over and over. It seems to me also that the phone is not anymore stable to browsing the menus!
Anyone has seen this on a 3330 ?
Anyone knows whats the problem?

Please try with step.
1.Change emmeis to original.
2.Open SPlock.
3.Update FAID.
4.Reset factory default
