I unlocked my 5190 but it didn't work! Help!

I used a calculator to unlock my 5190 and it appeared to be successful. If I enter the code a 2nd time it says "SIM was not restricted". However, when I put in a different SIM card, the phone says "SIM card not accepted". The old SIM card works fine.

Any ideas on what's going on? Is the phone unlocked or not?

After a bit of more research, I learned there are different unlock codes. I've only unlocked code 1. The GID1 code the calculator had for my provider wasn't correct. I've searched for the GID1 code with no luck.

Anyone know the GID for Cityfone in Canada? They use the Microcell Connexions network.
