Nokia 6230 Help

I recently bought a used Orange Nokia 6230 off ebay. It arrived with no manual or mains charger and is locked. I can't even get cover off to put in my sim card. I'm really frustrated and I have no idea what to do, I could take it into a moblie phone shop? Or can someone out there please help me? I haven't a clue what to do to get my new phone up and running.

Yes the cover is very hard to take off when I first bought mine...
