How do I transfer ringtones from my PC to my phone?

Get a blue tooth adaptor or infrared adaptor for your pc. You might need software like mobiMB, oxygen phone manager, or like me my infrared adaptor i got on ebay came with software for a nokia 6800 and 6820.

You can use bluetooth.
Pair your pc with your nokia 6820.
Right click the ringtone in your explorer, and choose send>bluetooth>nokia 6820.
No driver or addtional software needed.
Just make sure you install the bluetooth's driver properly.
No problem in Win2k.
