Anybody have problem with eye converte (ETI cam)

I just cant convert my files taken with eti cam, on phone they play as well but i cant convert when I'm download them oon my PC?#$%!?

any suggestion ?!$%

Join the club, loads and loads of folk have had problems trying to convert with eyecon, me included, eventually i got bored and gave up. I remember there was a very long involved thread about this here a while back, try searching for it, I doubt anyone can add anything to the info already there.
