Ok please excuse my ignorance but I am trying to unlock a NOkia 3650 and the calculator is asking me for GEN...What is that and how do I find out which one I have.

Are you sure it's a dct4 unlocker you have? I've used a few and usually all they ask you is imei, network code, box type and the phone type (2,5 or 7).
