    8310 Auction Purchase Question

Hi people, I have just joined the forum and have a question.

I was looking purchasing an 8310 from an auction here in the UK, as I don't have the funds to purchase a new one.

The phone is going cheap as the current own has been unable to place or receive calls on.

The seller states in the items description that he has been told that the phones IMEI might need looking at. Is this a possible cause of the problem. If so and I was to purchase the phone, how much roughly would it cost to get it working again.

The seller does not state if they have had the phone since new or how old the phone is.

    All help appriciated.

    DO NOT BUY!!!

The phone has been reported stolen on t-mobile they keep signal but can't call in or out it is stolen!!! instead of having the phone say 'sim card registration failed'

the only way to make it work would be to i*m* change it and that is illegal!!!

i had it done to me do not bee fooled!
