n00b trying to change ImeI

Sorry for wasting everyones time, but i am completely new to this, and would ask for some help, I have recently aquired a nokia 6600 and a nokia 6610, and would like to change the imei's on both. So i was wondering if anyone could direct me, i am prepeared to buy equipment, but i am not sure what i need or where to buy, any advice would be very much appreciated.

Well U will need:
1.hot air station
2.Soldering iron
3.Resoldering wire
4.Flux
5.Third hand
6.New UEM chip
7.Griffin box
8.Some good skills
9.Dont ask me more....I dont want troubles....remember..Its illegal all over the world..unlocking 3G is coming illegal too
