From Miami to Rio d Janeiro

I have a Nokia Type RH-36 model 1100b (prepaid, bought from Cingular in Miami, FL) but do
not know if it is a DCT3 or DCT4... Tried to use the calculator and on DCT3
got these results

Here the problems I found.

1) I input the code but got no reply from the phone either OK nor WRONG CODE,
2) Seems that there is an SPACE after the last 8 and the PLUS sign but I did not
found how to input space, I tried ignoring it,
3) The network code is Cingular, but seems that to the west coast, did some
research and 31041 to Cingular (everywhere else)
4) I downloaded the advance calculator and used the two network codes, got this:

I tried two from the first and one from the second net-code, got 3 WORNG CODE msg's...

I have no idea what Asic 2/3/4, V3, GDI, MSIM etc means...

I checked on the forum but did not found any solution, also got this info trying
to detect the right network code:

I want to continue to use this phone in Miami (Cingular) and also in Brasil (Oi) just changing
the chip. I would very much appreciate any help.
