I still have no phone, and he no longer responds to my emails or phonecalls.

Personally, I'm very sorry one of our colleguea members is possibly not that fair as we wished for.

But we try to protect privacy for everyone here, sorry if it's even for the bad ones in such cases.

All we can do for U is allow U to tell Ur side of the story here in public, and hope the seller will have his consiousness control his mind again.
