3200 Blue screen

I have a problem with 3 Nokia 3200, they all have the same fault, when you switch on there is only a blue screen, but with a sim card in they boot up as if they are working except no picture only a blue screen, i've tried new screens, still the same, i've taken the screens from the old phones and they work in other phones.
Has someone had the same problem???????
P.S I've flashed them using my neelix III kit but still the same, ran out of ideas can anyone help??

yea mine recently started doing the same thing but everything works except for the screen its just blue i dont get it im stupid

Logic Chip went bad, not repairable. Send in for Warranty
