    help me for 6610 "phone restricted"

    hi.. guys...
    Please help me.. my phone is restricted.. i dont know how it happend.. its IMEI: <removed>

    when i try to see IMEI number by *#06# i get "serial no. ?????????"
    Please guide me what should i do.
