help please

i was messing about with my phone and i went in to the menu then i went to somethng like memory card and i chose restore settings it camer up with a loading bar and then restarted the phone now any time i access the menu it says memory full?

what shall i do

is ur phone still starting? if not, see faq for phone not starting in symbian faqs sections.

pls give more details, like does ur phone still work, when and how often u get the error.

yes this problem occurs every time i access the menu it says memory full then comes back to main phone screen. I can still access messages and contacts from teh shortcuts on main screen but not the main menu

i know this is a little of topic but when you reflash a phone can you choose different symbian os's or is there only main one becuase i heard people make them themsleves and some can be better than the official ones

i doubt u can flash with other phone's os, mainly due to the hardware differences, like ram, camera, cpu speed, etc.
