morning guys, i have installed smartmovie on my ngage but when i go to the register screen there is no "device serial number". this is what the smartguys say but it means nothing to me?


The Device serial number field in Register screen is empty. Why?
Answer:
This may happen on Pocket PC orSmartPhone, if you have not entered username on the device.
To do so, please open Start Menu -> Settings -> Owner Information dialog and type in desired username (probably your name or variation).
Then send us the username as described in question above.
