    or not phone works fine in every way but has stopped ringing

    Try cleaning the speaker

    Try cleaning the speaker, with a q-tip or something.

    your phone has a bit of water damage or it been dropped ?
    easy wat to fix it is to solder a wire from the 6th leg up on the right side to the ringer pad works 100% i have given you a pic to show what i mean .
