My 3310 When the phone is switched on it says contact service, just before i do anything, i just wanted to check if i just need to unlock ALL of the locks, i did that on my 5110 i think, or will this require a full software upgrade?

you need to do a full flash from the original flash file off the fone, if you didn't make a back up, look for a full working complete flash for the 3310.
