    Question Nokia 3395 Flash Program

    I have a nokia 3395 model, but it only supports 1900MHz (for US use only), how can i re-program it so it will suport local service providers (e.g. globe, smart or sun). I already have a cable, the one thing i lack is the software for flash programming.

    To change band U need hardware changes..not only software...read around..
