Modify the manufaturing date & Version?
Is there any software can edit the manufacturing date & version

are you refering to firmware version? (get by typing *#0000#)
because i think that manufacture dates are stored in eeprom and when reparing IMEI or flashing virgin eeprom then the values would be gone...
