imie gen worked but went 2 use noktool and it wont read phone any suggestions please its doin my nut in

have you check your mbus cable? try to use 'interface auto setup' Option > Auto Setup. then it will search your cable. try to restart your computer and check again. try to re-plug the mbus connector to your phone. handphone should be on to let software read the phone. if cannot, try to use other software like Nokia Tool by Jordik or any other software.
