    E700 Cannot make calls!!! HELP

    Hi,

    My phone is not blocked but it just says limited service! Please can someone let me know how to fix this problem??? or give me the flash files???

    limited service!!
    means its blocked.. unless youve messed with the settings.

    you can repair limited service, but you need cable with battery connector
    and software..

    search the posts.....

    the above is right,but it may also be your sim, try it 1st in another phone--if works properly,phone blocked.

    i have exactly same problem i have changed the imei number and i still cannot make calls can some 1 plz help as i am going mad
