6230 and 6230i

I have two phones a 6230 and a 6230i they are both BLOCKED for some reason.

I would like to know if it is possibel to unblock either of these phones using a cable and software and how do i do it.

if its not would anyone like to swap 4 any other phones I live in England.

hmmm... your in the UK so changing the IMEI would earn you 5 years at Her Majesty's Pleasure... the right thing to do is return them to the person(s) they were stolen from... of course...
