3230 Topboard PCB Contact peal out.

I need some help and advice for my problem. I'm looking for a schematic diagram for my 3230, the one that I have downloaded from the sticky thread is corrupted every time I open with acrobat reader.

Here is the pics of my problem.

The first pic is the topboard of my 3230 the one that I have red circle.
The second pic from the top is the brand new Flex, the bottom is the busted flex.

And I dont know how to solder this flex. Coz this cant be done with soldering iron.

Im having problem looking for topboards on the market but I dont see any. (T_T) I hope if someone have a broken 3230 with working topboard please. PM me (T_T)
