Hi everyone Im new to unlocking phones I have read a few guides and I have been trying to unlock my phone. These are codes that i have generated but do not seem to work. I have only tried code 1 on this list would someone be able to help. Many Thanks in advance.

I thank you for the codes and your effort though I dont know if i am doing somthing wrong

I remove the o2 sim card
I put phone back together
I power phone on
I enter in the any code and when i press the hash nothing happens so i press call button to which it says Emergancy calls only i never get any further then this. Any ideas? Thanks again for your help.

I fixed thr problem silly me. I relised I needed code 7 and to do it first time with sim card in many thanks. Its now running a T mobile sim no issue at all. I have a few questions though


Did you use DCT4 Calculator 1.4 to create code by the way if so are you using xp as it does not work with my vista.

Also the branding of the phone i know stays when a phone is unlocked and not a gsm phone. If i want to remove it am i right id have to flash the new updated software on the phone. If so whats best way to do this and where can I start looking as I have the orginal phone USB cable that came in box my guess is ill have to buy new cable though knowing my luck.

This old phone was my dads and he wants me to keep messages on phone is there a way I can back these up as I dont want to loose them as some are important. Is this at all possible as they on the phone memory. Can i move the messages to his sim card I would of thought this was possible as it use 2 be the case.

to answer the
1º:- No i do not use The DCT4 Calculator 1.4
2º:- Yes i Use Vista Ultmate ( if you want to Run DCT4 Calculator 1.4 on Vista all you need is to Set your Compatabilaty mode to Win Xp Sp2)
3º:- to remove Branding on your fone you will need Hardware (Griffin Box or JAF or any other Service BOXes)
cant be done with USB cable
