    8250 "phone ram is bad"

I have 1 nokia 8250 cannot power on.

-Firstly, i've tried to flashed it but no response at all.

-Then i open it and realized that two capacitors was missing.

-I take out 1 capacitors from an unused 8210 motherboard ( take it from the same location as the 8250 ) and put it on my 8250.

-now, i'm trying to flash it back with rolis 4.78. It can read it but with an error message :

    "Phone ram is bad"

    see picture

    Cool

    ic...
in my personal experience when something like this happens i'd open up the phone then hot air the flash chip, then i'll try to flash it again.
if it still fails and it still says "Phone RAM is bad" or if the flashing succeded but the phone is still dead, than u'll have to replace the RAM chip

    good luck

the flash chip should have the writting 'flash' or 'intel' or 'sharp' printed on it, depending on what kind of flash chip was used on your phone.
the RAM chip should be somewhere around the CPU and it shouldn't be too far away from the flash chip.
it should have some codes written on it, something like XX20XXXXX, i don't really remember which one, or where to be exact, i'll have to check it 1st. i'll tell you more bout this later.

    good luck

    Talking Got It !

    i've got the answer,
in 8250, there is no RAM chip, because the ram is somehow emulated in the flash, so i think u should try changing the flash chip, that should solve the problem, the flash chip should have the writing 'intel flash' or 'sharp LRSxxxx'
