Not really.. 3390 is at 1900mhz and 3310/15 at 900&1800 mhz.. And i thought that the pcb olso was very diffrent

No, it isn't possible.
3390 is a different piece of hardware, w/ different RF circuits and other things. It's designed as you probably know for GSM1900 while the 3310/15 were designed for GSM900/GSM1800.
In theory you could replace a whole 3390 mainboard w/ a 3310-type one (the other parts of the phones being the same), but that'd be pointless...
