how to change my own personal ringtones for 6110 ?

I have done this in the past on 3315, 3330 and 3310 and could do well in these phones. On 6110, after I replaced the 35 original tones to 35 new tones, the flashed phone always shows Contact Service, I have updated the flash checksum and the flashing is being done correctly. Any idea which software to use after flashing the 6110 with the changed ringtones? Thank you.
