Backup 3350 EEPROM how ?

anyone here, know how to backup 3350 eeprom ???...
tell me if it can... because i have try it to backup using rolis 4.77, 4.78, 4.786b.... all failed.. to backup ... anyone know why ???

how to backup using knok without seperated the file ???

or maybe i need to use another Flasher software, like what ???
