full factory set not working 100%

ive got a program and a done a full factory reset on my 8310 phone it does most of the stuff but doesnt get rid of the ringtones can anyone help me out with a program that gets rid of this thanks

The only way of getting rid of downloaded ringtones on a DCT4 phone is to re-flash it.
