my 3310 project problems

Hi,
i am about half way through my 3310 project and i am having a wierd problem that i cant seem to solve. i have created a new short cut menu and it works fine. But some of the other menus have dissapeared like profile and such. the really funny thing is that these menus only dissapear when i change the simcard over and from that point on the menus are gone even if i change this simcard back. At this point i know it seems to have something to do with the sim services menu but none of the sims i use have this menu activated. So my questions are how do i make all the menus show up no matter what and/or how do i fix this problem. i am guessing that maybe one of the fields needs to be changed in the menu structure.

i heard that if you convert to 3315 it work. but i don't know if this is true, cause i've tried new flashes only on 3315, not 3310. you can try, you have anything to lose...
