6150 p5.23 PPM upgrade problem

I flash my 6150 with this p5.23,but when I try to change lang I get "contact service",I fix all chksums,I do all things possibile but nothing change!Whit total flash with knok's it works,when I read MCU whit Knok,Rolis says "not supported",is bigger than usual 6150 MCU.What is the solution to change PPM in that case?

i had got the p5.23 ppm.....but i don't know how to do ....
i mean is step by step to go flash new version
and i only have the one cable mbus/fbus switch cable rs-232
com port

what is ppm ? what is mcu?what is flash id ?
