Unlock Motorola Timeport with a clip - help

Hay!
I bought a clip for unlocking Motorola. I try to unlock Motorola Timeport and I couldnt make it. So the instructions are:
- for unlock xxx13xx and newer models:
1) Switch on the clip (both LED is are on)
2) Conect phone to box (phone must be powered off)
3) Power on the phone
4) You see one green LED blinking
5) After LED stop blinking please insert 00000000
6) Wait until phone find network
7) Switch off the phone
Remove battery

- for unlock old models
1) clip must be switched off
2) push and hold the red button
3) switch on a clip
4) now green LED make a blink and goes OFF (only the red LED is lighting now)
5) connect phone
6) power on the phone
7) green LED blink few times and phone is unlocked

So I try to bougth way and the phone is still locked. First I try for newer models. I did everything is writen but when I power on the phone (when the led stop blinking) the phone find network without insert 00000000. But when I move cable from telephone and power of the telephone again it was still locked.
And when I tryed for old models I power on the phone and the green LED blink few times and then should be unlock buti it wasnt. The telephone wonted unlock code????

I dont know is there something I did wrong or the clip is not o.k.?
If someone have that kind of clip and can help me please help me.

You probably have unlocked the fone, now it wants the security code as well. Use tets sim too find, if you don't have one you can try the default codes, ie 12345 or 00000.

if the fone was still locked, when you insert another companies sim card it would say incorrect sim or something similar on the display.

Thank you wery much you were right. I tryed to insert 1234 and the phone was unlocked.
