Nokia 6210 -> "Phone ram is bad"

When i want flash my phone Rolis 4.77 and Dejan Flasher says

"Phone ram is bad"

Knock won't work...

Is there an solution to solve the Phone Is Bad problem??

When i use the 844 loader the display ist lighting but the same result... Bad phone ram

Be sure you select the right type of phone before you try to connect to the handset!

When i choose the 6210 or 6250 i have the same result...

hi man i think so its a hardware problem
ok u plz told how u got this problem r u got it durring flashing yours phone after bad flashing or after water damage or after doing bad heat
if u have got this problem durring flashing then try again with rolies4.77 and also knok
with knok first ereas the whole and flash and then flash
and if it after any hardware (water damage or bad heat etc)
then u will have to change yours ram

This problem exist after flashing with dejan flash tool an the wrong soft... (Upgrade from 6210 to 6250)

When I disconected the batery for 30-60 minutes i have sometimes acces to the phone. But after reading the phone data i can't acees /flash the phone for the next 30-60 minutes.

I have tried to flash the phone with the dejan flash tool but im get an error like tx=1

what does it meaning??

I have tried to flash the Flasch Chip but yet i recive a new error message

(Rolis has erased the flash but can't flash it!)

In Rolis: Options->Setup->Other->LPT Setup->Delay index
set it to higher value

If it won't work -> phone HW failure

I succesful flashed the phone and it worked for 5 Minutes
The failure was/is the flash chip which has no right contact.

I mounted it up with an "heater" (sorry.. my english..)
an removed some SMD resistors too whith i can't fix!

I have succesful mounted the Flash back and it is OK but without the little SMD resistors...

Now phone is realy dead!
