hi, i have a 8310 contact service.
please tell me the steps i shud follow one by one to correct this.
i have cheap dct4 flasher

some info about the phone
# was a nokia purchased totally unlocked phone
# was hanging frequently days before contact service cam up
# no idea about the version mcu currently present
# contact service comes up when i switch on and can switch it off with just a single push of power button.

plz help and tell me what all ways shud i follow.
