cant get my code to go in

it is an 8310 on the orange network

the imei number is 350604/10/075566/4

i have put the egerated number in but the phone just sits there with the code on the screen

i expected it to automatically take in the number but it doesn't.

is there any way the phone is totally fuk'd

i found it out when i was going for a run and it had no sim card in. when i switch it on it just asks for a sim card. when i put one in it askes for the restriction code.

help me please

I wonder why my program dos'n work, I have also DCT4 Dongle (calculator). When I write an IMEI and Operator code, instead of getting codes I get message "DONGLE NOT RESPOND". Why is that? What I can do? Where is a problem?
