BE1 power off after entering PIN

When I power on Alcatel BE1 ver163, then enter PIN code, phone turns off itself ! Again, pull out SIM card, and power on again, it seems to be OK, and it stays on. Does anybody of you, specialists, know what is problem ?

I've solved the problem. I used Andromeda BE software, and pressed "User Default". That's all!! Thanks to all !!!!!

Can you please tell where I can find this software by Andromeda that you used because I almost have the same trouble but when you insert sim it will not power on. If you remove the sim then I will power "saying insert sim"

Second.. ..you must change PTWL 2207A or (PTPS 9120.HE1-)

Because It s very important part Be Series Phones

It s Power Suplay of phone...

i have a prob with BE1 v.162
The phone was with just Spanish language, and i tried to flash it with other flash but no rezult.
Can you tell (or send me) which flash i must use to revive the phone again. I can not find BE1 flash v.162

I think you didn't read my past post. I SUCCESSFULLY SOLVED PROBLEM!
I only give tip to people what to do, as they have same problem like I was. Now, alcatel is working now fine !
