Sony-ericsson t65 no inbox?

Hi.
Customer brought to me sony-ericcson t65 which has no inbox,write msg items in message menu. He says he deleted them from menu,also he changed phone lock. So restore factory settings can restore them or not? (I can know sony t65-lock code). How to recover message menu items?

to restor the factory setting u must know the phone code and to know the phone code it's not free buy logs and read ur phone code then make reset factory setting and then every thing will be ok
