T20 power indicator only work

Hi mates
what is the solution for Ericsson T20
when press power botton power indicator green light only work
(but phone not swithed on).
Some on say to me want to flash the phone.but how wich software want to use and
what is the correct file for that.
i have more than 5 phones with this condition.

go at gengheraenga.net and download t20-t29 flasher
Flash it and you will have a t 29
unlock it with any t29 unlocker
