    Enter Network Code

    When I power on my C25, this message comes up.

    Does it mean it can be unlocked without flash?

    It was One2One but I have inserted Orange SIM, when no signal with One2One it would say 'Select new network' and the options would be One2One, Vodafone, Orange and BT Cellnet.

    It means that your phone is locked by your network.
